CEPCS was founded in 2022 inspired by Engr. Johnson Awoyomi’s passion for advancing excellence in Cost Engineering and Project Control.

Engr. Johnson Awoyomi
Engr. Johnson Awoyomi is a seasoned Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating and Project Management professional with over thirty years of experience in Nigeria’s Oil and Gas Sector. He is the Principal Consultant at CEPCS, a former Region 9 Director of AACE International, and a past President of the AACE Nigeria Section.
A Certified Cost Professional, he developed the NNPC Historical Cost Database and served as Cost Advisor to the NNPC Tender Board. He led the specialized ‘Cost Engineering and Project Management’ training under the Petroleum Industry Act capacity building program. As an accomplished writer and speaker, with three published books, he continues to drive innovation and strategic partnerships in Cost Engineering and Project Control.

Her work focuses on ensuring that AI adoption is safe, ethical, and impactful for legal professionals and technology teams. With four years of dedicated experience in teaching and demystifying artificial intelligence for professionals, she is also the author of several books, including ‘Bridging AI and Law’ and ‘Simple Book of AI’, and develops courses on YouTube and Udemy.
